This is a mother of two in her mid-thirties who complained about her breast size. She was not a candidate for breast aumentation alone. In order to get her desired look she required a vertical mastopexy (breast lift) with breast augmentation. The patient decided to use 460 cc smooth round high profile implants which was filled to 480 cc on the right and 500 cc on the left due to some mild asymmetry between her breast. The patient had an excellent result and the scars have healed well.
