This patient, a 42-year-old woman, sought smaller and more proportionate upper arms as part of her aesthetic goals. Being petite, she felt that excess upper body volume made it difficult to achieve the balanced appearance she desired.
Her treatment included two sessions of SmartLipo performed under local IV sedation. This technique allowed for effective fat reduction with minimal downtime, and both procedures focused specifically on the upper arms.
