In private practice since 1991, Daryl K. Hoffman, M.D., is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). Dr. Hoffman’s rigorous training included a 6-year residency in general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford University Medical Center, where he has taught as an adjunct professor.
