At age 73, this patient wanted to address changes in her breast shape and appearance. Her original breast implants were placed in 2005, and she began to notice that her breasts had lost the lift and natural contour she preferred. Her main goals were to achieve a more youthful, lifted look while maintaining a natural breast size.
To meet these objectives, her treatment plan combined a breast lift and implant exchange. This involved removing her previous implants, replacing them with new 180cc implants, and removing a small amount of fat to further refine her breast shape. The result is a subtle yet noticeable improvement—her breasts now appear higher and firmer while still looking proportional and natural.
