Breast Lift Before & After Case 97

This patient came to her consultation seeking a change in both comfort and silhouette. She previously underwent a breast reduction in 2015 but found her breasts remained larger and heavier than she preferred. Her goal was to achieve a smaller size, going from an E cup to a B cup, as well as a noticeably lifted breast position.

The procedure performed was a secondary breast reduction with an emphasis on lift, tailored to her individual goals. By removing excess breast tissue and repositioning the remaining tissue, the surgical approach addressed both size and shape. The result, as seen in the photos above, is a smaller, more lifted breast contour.
