This young mother is in her late twenties. After breast feeding her child she noticed that her breast size had decreased and that they had become asymmetric, her right breast is larger than her left. The patient decided to proceed with silicone intermediate profile implants. It was decided to useAllergan Style 15 286cc on the right and 304cc on the left breast through an axillary incision.
